If you would like to enter the "drive to" lots drawing please call the Marina store after March 1st to add your name and phone number to the lottery list. If you are wanting a "boat-to only" lot they are first come first serve. The "boat to only" list of available lots will be posted on May 4th in the Marina Store.

Before issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, a final inspection shall be made.
